Kerstin Morey
Founder
(pronounced with a silent “r”, like a hug for your ears)
She hopped the pond from Germany to the U.S. at 24 and hasn’t stopped building dreams—and businesses—since. Kerstin’s all about lifting others up, creating real connections, and making things happen.
She says “aluminium” the fancy way (blame the accent), and her 11-year-old sidekick, Mowgli, keeps life just the right amount of wild.
Bethany Miller
Operations & Account Management
Bethany is the glue that keeps our chaos classy.
Officially, she’s in charge of making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine—but unofficially? She’s the queen of calm, the master of to-do lists, and the reason we actually hit deadlines.
Oh, and did we mention she’s a ridiculously talented photographer and a next-level cook? When Bethany signs up for the potluck, we bring extra Tupperware.
As if she wasn’t busy enough, she recently decided life needed a little more zoomies—so she added not one, but two Australian Shepherd pups to the mix. Let the adventures begin!
